You can reach our offices by telephone during regular business hours. For serious medical issues arising after 5:00 pm Monday through Friday and all day on Saturday and Sunday, you can reach our answering service using the main office numbers.
After Hours Emergencies
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, we recommend that you Dial 9-1-1. However, if you need after hours advice for a serious medical concern, please call our main office phone number to reach our answering service.
Cancellations
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule. This helps to ensure that each scheduled patient can be seen in a timely fashion. We request 24 hours notice on all appointments that need to be cancelled.
Prescription Refills
We prefer to refill your medications at the time of your office visit. Please bring your medication list with you to each appointment.
Due to the large number of refill requests that we receive, it may take us up to 48 hours to call or fax in your prescription. Please be sure to give us at least 48 hours notice on all refill requests.
Chronic or long-term medication refills require an office visit before they may be refilled.

Medical Records are kept confidential. We will not release any of your medical information without first obtaining a signed authorization from you.
Referrals
Many insurance companies require you to obtain a referral in order to see a specialist. Please make sure you check with your insurance company before your scheduled appointment to see if a referral is needed. If a referral is needed it is the patients responsibility to bring the referral to your scheduled appointment time.
